Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on opened food items due to health and safety regulations.

Defective or damaged products may be eligible for exchange or replacement.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@oyasauces.com with your order number and details about the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your item and confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
