Flavor Story

Inspired by the sauces that came with roast duck from Cantonese BBQ shops, this sweet-sour staple was often improvised in America using peaches, apricots, or pineapples. We reimagined it with peach and apple preserves for depth, balance, and a New England twist.

Why It Matters

"We grew up with takeout packets of duck sauce - sometimes neon-orange, sometimes artificial. We wanted to honor the nostalgia but make it real, using fruit you'd actually want in your pantry."
